1994-2010 – assistant lecturer, lecturer, senior lecturer, Associate Professor, Grand PhD candidate of Mechanization of Farm Animal Production and Electrification of Agricultural Industries department of BSAA

2010 –2017 –  Director of The Economy Research Institute of the Ministry of Economy

Since January 2017 –Deputy Minister of Economy

November 2018 – December 2019 - First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Belarus.

From January 2020 - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Belarus.
